 Friday, May 23Students Arrive Students arrive in Rome and are transferred to Perugia Saturday, May 24 Orientation Day I Students are housed and will have walking tours in the afternoon  Sunday, May 25Orientation Day II Orientation meeting at 10am in the Sala dei Notari followed by Umbra Open House  Monday, May 26Umbra Classes Begin Umbra classes begin... check class schedule on the back of your personal course selection sheet  Wednesday, May 28Umbra Aperitivo Come enjoy a free aperitivo on Umbra at Eden restaurant at 7:30pm and get to know your fellow classmates and staff members!  Thursday, May 29 Cooking Class with Christine Hickman #1 Learn how to made homemade gnocchi with gnocchi expert, Christine Hickman. Cost is 10 euros and you can sign up with Regina or Lindsey. Meet in Umbra II at 7:30pm.  Friday, May 20Optional Day Trip to Orvieto Enjoy a day in the stunning Umbria hill town of Orvieto. Trip includes round trip transportation, tour guide, lunch and wine tasting. For more info, see Regina.  Monday, June 2 Italian National Holiday Italian Holiday! Most shops will be closed so please do any necessary shopping before this day.
