This early Renaissance building was the first of the Umbra properties in Perugia. It is the main administration building where the Directors and many of the staff are based. It also contains three classrooms, conference rooms, student lounges and computer labs. The building dates back to the mid-1200\'s, but has been greatly modified over the centuries with a strata of beams, frescos and arches; a testimony to its age resulting in its unique historic appearance.

The second of the Umbra buildings, Umbra II is located in the historic center next to Piazza Italia. The palazzo was home to the Perugia branch of the Arcadia Literary Society established in 1699 in Rome. Umbra II contains the aula magna with wall frescoes, classrooms, student lounge, computer lab, and faculty and staff offices. Like all Umbra facilities it has full WIFI coverage.

The is the latest addition to the Umbra Institute, added in Spring 2006. Umbra III is located in Renaissance Palazzo Danzetta; built in the mid-1500s and designed the reknowned Florentine architect Galeazzo Alessi. The facility houses the Institutes library and study rooms, three classrooms, and faculty and staff offices. Like all Umbra facilities, Umbra III has complete WIFI coverage.
